  • Accountability & Motivation: I’ll be there to help you stay on track, overcome procrastination, and build momentum. You’ll have the option of scheduling regular check-ins to review progress and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Skill Transfer: My goal is to empower you with the skills and confidence to maintain an organized home long after our sessions conclude. You’ll learn to recognize your patterns and create your own ADHD-friendly solutions.

What it looks like to work with me (the process):

  1. Assessment & Planning: Through virtual tours of your space and in-depth conversations, we’ll identify the root causes of disorganization and develop a personalized action plan.
  2. Collaborative Sessions: During our scheduled virtual sessions, we’ll work through your organizing projects together. I’ll provide real-time guidance, practical tips, and encouragement as you declutter, sort, and create functional systems. This might involve:
    • Accountability Partnership: Having my virtual presence can boost focus and reduce overwhelm for those with ADHD.
    • Decision-Making Support: Guiding you through the process of deciding what to keep, donate, or discard.
    • System Creation: Implementing ADHD-friendly hacks like clear bins, labels, vertical storage, and visual cues.
    • Routine Building: Developing sustainable daily and weekly routines for tidying, managing paperwork, and tackling tasks.
  3. Optional Ongoing Support: You’ll have the option to schedule follow ups sessions and will have actionable steps to complete in-between sessions.

Virtual Home Assessment

We’ll set your home up for success by storing everything in a way that aligns with your ADHD.  Organizing systems that work for neurotypical brains may not work for you, so let’s fix that! We’ll assess your cabinets, pantry, closets, etc. to maximize space and efficiency. I will also provide you with suggestions for products, and arrangement. A 1 hour session allows time for 1-2 rooms. A whole home assessment requires a 2 hour session.

Virtual Organizing Session

If you have a specific organizing project that needs to get done but aren’t sure where to start, a step-by-step project planning session might be a good fit. We’ll develop a detailed plan for the space and identify your goals. I’ll be there to support you step by step. A 1 hour session gets you started on the project with a clear action plan. A follow up session is also an option, which can provide  you with an accountability partner.

Clutter Coaching Session

We’ll work on self-discovery and exploration. Habits, tendencies, and perspectives can get in the way of reaching your organizing goals. Well work on developing sustainable daily and weekly ADHD-friendly routines for tidying, managing paperwork, and tackling tasks. A coaching session can foster self-awareness and action-oriented change. I offer the guidance, support, you need to break free of recurring challenges and/or long term clutter and organization issues.
